Train your team on using this template
Under Purchase Orders, change the default approval person to someone in your organization.
Edit the Formula for “Qty to Purchase” if desired. Right now, it is:
$$ Qty to Purchase=Sales Orders - Purchase Orders-Inventory $$
Create a naming convention for part numbers, customers, and suppliers
Review the fields listed in each database and add other fields as necessary.
Remove the “Product Overview” and “Template Summary” sections and move the Page Buttons to the top of this page for easier access.
DO NOT DELETE Data. This will mess up the automatically calculated “ID” fields, such as PO Number or SO Number. This can be particularly problematic for external facing documents.
